Mr. Buck represents clients before state and federal courts in the areas of business, commercial, ERISA, and intellectual property litigation.
Over the past several years, he has successfully defended a number of trademark infringement cases in federal court and has been involved in patent and copyright litigation. He has also handled numerous breach of contract and warranty claims under the Uniform Commercial Code and successfully defended benefit claims made under ERISA and municipal pension plans. Additionally, he has successfully tried cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty and tortious interference with business relationships.
