Firm Description:
The mission of the law offices is to provide effective, aggressive and compassionate legal services to persons with disabilities seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration. We believe that by providing ethical representation within the framework of the government disability programs we can successfully advocate for our clients.

Suffering with medical problems and being unable to work creates serious challenges for millions of disabled individuals and their families. Turning to the Social Security Administration for assistance often seems an unbearable challenge as the laws, regulations and bureaucracy appear overwhelming.

To accomplish this mission we strive to:
  • Advocate at all levels of review on behalf of those with disabilities, considering the applicable law, evidence, and needs of the client;
  • Maintain appropriate communication with clients, consistent with their needs and the nature of our work, while maintaining productive and efficient use of staff time;
  • Participate regularly in a variety of continuing legal education and Bar Association programs;
  • Participate in the larger community, including the Internet, as public speakers, and as a resource on current Social Security disability law issues;
  • Regularly review, and, where possible, update our technology to maintain our ability to work in a productive, efficient manner;
  • Abide by all applicable Supreme Court, Bar Association and agency Rules of Conduct and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide a meaningful, satisfying work environment for our staff.
Our staff works as a team to provide the most effective representation possible. Our attorneys, paralegals and support staff work hand-in-hand to respond to the questions and needs of our clients, and to gather the proof needed to prove entitlement to this assistance. Our cooperative approach to work, aided by up-to-date technology, allows us to communicate with clients and Social Security personnel to minimize delays and move our clients' claims as quickly as possible through the review process.
