Practice Description:
Mr. Roane, past chair of the Family Law Practice Group, has practiced family law and domestic relations litigation for 27 years. "My work involves entire families," he said. "My goal is to find a resolution to the problems facing the family I'm serving. It's a less contentious approach. However, when all ADR efforts are exhausted, our team of litigators and support staff prepare and try cases to a decision including appeals if necessary."

He focuses his practice area in divorce, non-marital domestic relationships, same-sex marriage or relationships and dissolution; spousal support, child custody and support; complex business valuation and distribution; and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Firm Description:
At Warner Norcross & Judd, we're more than our Best Lawyers in America designations, Martindale-Hubbell rankings and Chambers USA acknowledgements. As one of the largest and most successful law firms in Michigan, we can handle your business matters, whether simple or complex, from start to finish.

When the stakes are especially high, companies like Whirlpool, Consumers Energy, Amway, Dow Chemical and other industry leaders turn to our litigators for solutions. Because we have a wide variety of practice areas, we can give you direct access to a highly specialized attorney who will know just how to handle your case. Our attorneys have been elected to top leadership positions with the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan in areas of Business Law; Environment, Energy and Resources; Intellectual Property; International Law; Taxation; Probate and Estate Planning; and Real Property.

BTI Consulting Group says we're one of only two "tech savvy" law firms in Michigan, in part because we offer proprietary software that allows our clients to track their cases. In 1931, David Warner, George Norcross and Siegel Judd created the law firm with a handshake understanding that client service would be their Number priority. Today, we have eight Michigan offices and more than 200 attorneys, but our original dedication to client service remains.
