Founded in 1964 by William Lipton, Lipton Law was founded on the principle that each and every individual in Michigan — regardless of his or her situation or circumstance — deserves to be represented by skilled, impassioned counsel when unfortunate circumstances arise. Over the years, our law firm has grown but it is still a family-run practice. We continue to carry on in the tradition set forth by our forefathers.
With a combined 100+ years of experience, our Southfield attorneys utilize their strong educational background and extensive legal experience and knowledge when working on each client's case.
Marc is married to former Michigan State Representative Ellen Cogen Lipton. They have two children, both of whom Marc "can still out-ski — but not for long."
