Ms. Jackson's practice focuses on business litigation with a special emphasis on employment law and litigation matters such as discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, whistle blower, trade secrets and non-compete agreements. She advises both corporate and individual clients regarding employment matters. Ms. Jackson also frequently litigates construction, and contractual disputes. She has successfully tried cases to jury verdict in several state and federal courts on matters ranging from employment discrimination to admiralty to the Uniform Commercial Code. She has also successfully arbitrated a wide variety of employment benefit disputes.
She was honored as a Top Attorney in Michigan by Crain's Detroit Business in 2014 and a Leading Lawyer in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Employment Law: Management by Law Bulletin Publishing Company.
