Mr. Jacobson is co-chair of Winston & Strawn LLP's Finance, Corporate Lending, and Debt Capital Markets departments.

He has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of the debt markets, including large-cap, mid-cap, asset-based, and cash flow financings throughout the capital structure and across numerous industries. The breadth of his experience extends well into the primary and secondary par and distressed debt trading markets. In addition, Mr. Jacobson addresses a wide range of matters on behalf of onshore and offshore capital markets-driven vehicles and investment funds.
