Ms. O'Kelly is a shareholder in the Investment Services Group at Vedder Price. She is a member of the firm's board of directors and serves as chair of the Diversity Committee. Her practice includes the representation of mutual funds and their boards of directors, money managers, broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in connection with investment company, investment adviser, broker-dealer and insurance product matters. Her work includes providing counsel in the areas of securities, regulatory compliance, product design and corporate transactions. Ms. O'Kelly regularly counsels boards of directors of investment companies and, in particular, independent directors on their special duties and responsibilities.
