Practice Description: Richard D. Gaines is a senior partner in the firm Holmstrom & Kennedy, P.C., with over thirty years of extensive civil trial experience, including business and commercial litigation, product liability, and medical and legal malpractice defense. He has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the premier recognition for litigators, and selected as a "Leading Lawyer" by his Illinois peers. In recent years, his practice has been primarily focused on medical malpractice defense, mediation, and arbitration.
