Mr. Knell's areas of practice include trial litigation for the defense; workers' compensation; employment related matters; governmental entities including municipalities, park districts and school districts; police and fire liability; premises liability; auto and trucking litigation; appellate practice in state and federal court systems; and civil rights. Ninety percent of his practice is devoted to litigation. He is a partner at the law firm Knell & Kelly, L.L.C., in Peoria.
