Mr. Bell has concentrated his practice in all areas of commercial litigation for more than 30 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has represented clients with wide-ranging business interests, e.g., manufacturers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, engineers, banks, loan companies, hotel owners, developers, realtors, professional and not-for profit corporations, and diverse individuals. In addition, because of his experience as a municipal attorney, he often serves as special litigation counsel to municipalities and other governmental entities in significant cases. He has recent experience in multi-million dollar cases concerning warranty and contract disputes, construction disputes, residential and commercial development disputes, and employment disputes. He has appellate experience in Illinois Appellate Courts, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
