Practice Description:  
Mr. Flood represents units of local government both as general corporate counsel and a special counsel regarding land use development and exactions and cable television regulation. He is past chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Local Government Law Section Council and past president of the McHenry County Bar Association. He has authored numerous articles and lectured on a variety of local government issues. In 2009, Mr. Flood published You've Been Elected: Now What Do You Do? A Practical Guide to Local Government.
