Oshkeshequoam v. Apfel, 2000 U.S. App. Lexis 4957 (7th Cir. 2000); reversed decision of Social Security which wrongly ignored treating physician's opinions, remanded for further proceedings.

Oshkeshequoam v. Barnhart, 274 F.Supp.2d 985 (C.D. ILL 2003; reversed decision on above remand which found that claimant was only disabled after her 55th birthday. Opinion highlights problems with administrative law judge's opinion at odds with the 7th Circuit remand and awards benefits to claimiant.
