Mr. Brinkmann has been a member of the law firm since 1974, and became a partner in 1979. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation with emphasis in the areas of professional liability, hospital and employment law.
He is a former adjunct professor for the College of St. Francis of Joliet, Illinois, having taught health care law in the health care administration master's degree program. He has authored a chapter on "Uses of Medical Evidence" for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Medical Evidence Manual and has been a speaker at Illinois State Bar Association seminars on trial practice.
