Practice Description:  
Mr. Wilson practices in the areas of education, municipal and corporate law. In this representation he has been extensively involved in litigation, not only in all levels of state and federal courts, but also in administrative matters. With over 45 years of experience he also has extensive experience in solving the most challenging legal problems of schools and municipal bodies.

He is adept at negotiating and working with the many different members of the public sphere, from School District Superintendents to municipal representatives, and he can readily understand and frame each contact's position and goals in relation to the larger goals of his clients. He has advised and represented clients in numerous employment matters, regulatory matters, student issues, construction contracts, collective bargaining contracts, and board policies.
