Mr. Arnoux handles complex family law matters. He is a member of Birnbaum, Haddon, Gelfman & Arnoux, LLC and his primary practice is in Cook, DuPage, Lake and Will Counties. Mr. Arnoux has also been admitted pro hac vice in complex cases in Massachusetts and Florida.

Mr. Arnoux counsels clients on prenuptial agreements, and litigates custody cases and cases involving substantial estates. He has represented both the prodigious spouse and the nonprodigious spouse. He is also certified by the Cook County courts to represent the interest of children and is a frequent appointment in this capacity by the court.

Mr. Arnoux has extensive experience in the examination of psychiatrists, psychologists and other mental health professionals in custody cases as well as the examination of forensice and accounting experts in cases involving the tracing and characterization of assets and the valuation of businesses.

Mr. Arnoux recently was successful in two groundbreaking appellate cases. He successfully argued for expanding a parent's right to collect child support beyond the previous statute of limitations. He also successfully argued in the appellate court prohibiting the disclosure of a parent's prescription records from a pharmacy in a custody case.

Mr. Arnoux negotiates and drafts prenuptial agreements for people intending to marry.

Mr. Arnoux has also successfully tried criminal jury and non jury cases often involving criminal matters that are related to family issues.
