Mr. Quandt has tried cases involving products liability; pharmaceuticals; medical malpractice; medical device; asbestos; and personal injury litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has been and continues to be counsel for a major private medical school in complex medical malpractice actions involving the various specialties of its faculty. He has represented pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in litigation involving pharmaceutical products and medical devices. He served as national coordinating counsel in actions involving intrauterine contraceptives.
