Mr. Motherway has been a trial lawyer throughout his career. He is a principal in the firm, which was originally founded in 1982 and which concentrates in representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation. He and other members of the firm have obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts over the years. The firm handles a wide spectrum of tort cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice, product liability and serious vehicular accidents. It also accepts selected commercial cases, including intellectual property disputes.
