Joseph J. Miroballi has successfully tried to verdict cases in all areas of personal injury law over his 34-year career. Recently, Mr. Miroballi resolved a colonperforation medical malpractice case for $1.5 million. His arguments against medical institutions in the Chicago area have led to reform the way medications are dispensed and administered to patients. Mr. Miroballi is a long-standing member of the Illinois Trial Lawyer Association's Medical Negligence Committee and Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).
