Practice Description:  For more than 40 years, Mr. Kamensky has been recognized as an innovator in numerous medical practice areas, including mergers, acquisitions, sales of businesses, development of high-tech medical ventures (including MRI facilities, surgery centers, and specialty centers), preparation of specialized agreements for medical providers, and structuring intricate legal transactions such as new forms of organizations to more easily allow for expansion of medical groups.
