Mr. Grund is a principal partner in the firm of Grund & Leavitt, P.C. He practices almost exclusively in the area of family law concentrating in all aspects of matrimonial litigation. He has successfully represented individuals on all issues arising from divorce proceedings, involving among other things, valuation and disposition of substantial business interests, as well as custody disputes and maintenance. Mr. Grund's well-deserved reputation as a pre-eminent trial attorney, arises from his creative litigation skills and keen sense of the Circuit Court, State of Illinois and Supreme Court rules and law governing the practice. Mr. Grund is the founding partner of Grund & Leavitt, P.C. and has practiced law since 1973. He is a 1972 graduate from the DePaul University School of Law. Primarily representing clients in Illinois, Mr. Grund has also served as a legal advocate on behalf of clients in various other states.
