    Mr. Grotta's practice involves complex financial litigation including valuation of large marital estates, awards of maintenance and support based upon significant income of supporting spouse, tax ramifications of distributions of assets and tax impact on awards of spousal maintenance.

    Mr. Grotta also concentrates in the area of highly contested custody litigation and appropriate awards of support on behalf of children and their ongoing educational expenses for higher education.
