Mr. Gagliardo is the managing partner and chair of Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin and Tominberg, Ltd.'s Litigation Department. Mr. Gagliardo has written articles and conducted seminars on labor and employment relations matters. He also has drafted legislation and testified before the Illinois legislature and the City Council of the City of Chicago. While an attorney for the city, he was a member of the National Institute of Municipal Law Officers, Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association, and Illinois Municipal League.
