Mr. Froelich concentrates his practice in corporate, gaming, mergers & acquisitions and securities law. He advises a broad range of clients including investment banking and brokerage firms, publicly held entities, including boards of directors, audit and compensation committees and also privately held entities.
Mr. Froelich has been representing publicly traded issuers, mutual funds, and brokerage firms for over 30 years, structuring and documenting national and international corporate finance and capital market transactions, from private placements of securities to takeovers of publicly-held companies. He represents a variety of issuers including corporations and municipalities.
Mr. Froelich also represents casino owners and operators, machine manufacturers, and investors in Indian gaming projects nationwide, providing clients with gaming industry insight as well as traditional corporate, tax and real estate services. In addition, he represents states and cities in their selection and oversight of casino operators, prepares proposals and suitability applications submitted to cities and states, drafts casino legislation and regulations, and represents casino interests before regulatory bodies.

Mr. Froelich has spoken at a variety of conferences on securities and gaming law. He has also served as a Lecturer in Securities Regulation at the DePaul University College of Law.
