Steven A. Felsenthal advises business owners, executives and closely held companies in the areas of income tax planning and controversies, sales and acquisitions, debt restructuring, estate planning, strategic planning, and real estate transactions, including the development and financing of subsidized housing. Mr. Felsenthal is one of the founding partners of the firm.

Many of Mr. Felsenthal's clients have been with the firm since its founding over 30 years ago. Mr. Felsenthal's sophisticated understanding of the nexus between business, tax, and estate planning allows him to bring a unique perspective to creatively and effectively address his clients' concerns. Mr. Felsenthal is widely respected for his tax and business acumen and has served as an expert witness in cases involving tax disputes and accountant and attorney malpractice actions.
