| Practice Description: |
Janet E. Boyle began honing her trial skills as a Cook County Public Defender in 1978 before moving into private practice. Janet has practiced exclusively in the field of family law since 1984.
Janet’s expertise in every aspect of this field, including her Masters in Taxation, along with her universal respect by Judges, family lawyers and individuals within the community provide a foundation that sets Boyle Feinberg apart. Unlike the vast majority of her peers, Janet is personally involved with each client and any significant undertaking in their case.
Janet is a trained arbitrator and a skilled mediator. Utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution methods is promoted by BOYLE FEINBERG. When resolution is not possible outside of the courtroom, Janet's extensive trial skills become evident and empowering. Her experience as well as her tax degree give her the ability to litigate effectively when needed. She will take action in court to establish appropriate boundaries, or to resolve those issues which cannot be settled.
