Clark Baird Smith LLP is a law firm comprised of some of the Midwest’s foremost attorneys practicing labor and employment law on behalf of public and private sector management clients. The firm understands the labor and employment landscape because its lawyers, with a collective 200+ years of experience, have played a major role in shaping the landscape.
Clark Baird Smith was formed in 2010 because the firm's lawyers knew that a changing economic climate demanded a new approach to how clients in need of top-quality counsel would be serviced. Clark Baird Smith LLP left downtown Chicago for the suburbs and established the firm with the primary goal of reducing overhead and delivering top-notch counsel to clients in a way that is both result-oriented and cost-conscious.
